Huge underwater spiders evolving fast

I was trying to find out about some of the ominous stories I've heard the last few days about what some employers plan to do to people who go to the SerfChoices rally at 10am in the city tomorrow because they don't want anyone else to get sacked for smirking on the job or for going on sick leave - eg, Australia Post will be giving out formal warnings,as well as docking pay... but then it turns out after all that someone discovered a whole lot of underwater sea spiders with bloodstained fangs and legs as long as a metre, and they are evolving rapidly, and taking over Antarctica, who knows what's next.

If you're worried about the threat from sea spiders then you should go to the march, it's the only way to save the human race from utter catastrophe.

You can get sacked for smirking? This means Howard can 'legally' get rid of Costello now doesn't it?

I am so relieved that that spider story doesn't have pictures. Although I still clicked it, just to be sure.

Galaxy: if only.

Tim: the spiders must be quite boring-looking, or else I'm sure they'd have provided a photo. Nothing could top the fluffy-armed disco crab from a few months ago, however.

Or those freaky scorpion things from Iraq that turned out to be either completely harmless or completely fake, I forget which.

Maybe the boss thought work-smirkers are work-shirkers.

The scientists have been fooled - those "spiders" are actually GIANT KILLER SQUID.

You have been formally warned.
