Visited

Spent a very pleasant afternoon at my friend's place visiting the four kittens under her care. Perhaps luckily they are all well and truly spoken for. The mother is also in residence, as is my friend's own lovely but unfortunately neurotic cat who spent most of the day cowering in the bedroom as he is terrified of the kitties.

An irresponsible neighbour who has since moved away allowed the mother cat to get pregnant so my friend took it in, supervised the birth of five kittens (one went to its new home yesterday) and has been bringing them all up to be good contented friendly well-behaved animals.

Someone in the City of Banyule wants cats to be neutered because of the cat population crisis.
What are the chances?
