iSick

It's really quite amazing how much a head full of mucus affects your ability to think clearly and concentrate on anything more demanding than Agatha Christie novels or, um, 1960s Bollywood Beatles appropriations.

Basil is looking after me, bringing cups of hot lemon and ginger tea and making sure my feet are warm. What a thoughtful cat he is.

hope you get better soon. what a multi-talented cat you have.

Stay warm! Does Basil's talents extend to sitting lightly on you so that his warmth radiates all through you and gives the illusion of well-being (at least until you try to take your next breath)? Baubles the Cat does that very well when I am sick in bed. (When I am hale and hearty her sitting on me just feels like I have too much cat on me.)

You must blog more about Baz's opposable thumbs! Hope the snot clears soon.

The bollywood clip was amazing.

I hope Baz is up to pushing the drinks trolley to within easy reach. Nothing like a whiskey or two to dull the senses. Get well!

I'm glad to see you recovered enough to go wandering about on Sunday rather than deteriorating further (to the level of coping only with Nancy Drew, f'rinstance). When I get that ill I usually retreat to DVDs where Colin Firth jumps in a pond.

AOF, it's my new mission to get a copy of the movie that clip is taken from - I think it's called Jaanwaar.

That is just fan.tas.tic.
The gold dress is hawt, and how those lyrics didn't instantly replace the originals in the hearts of the general populace is simply beyond me.

I bet the movie is a corker.
