oh all right, one more won't hurt

No doubt observing my lack of things to say, Clancy took pity on me & flicked a suitably frivolous meme in this direction. It's biopic time......

Who would I like to play me in a movie based on my life?

But come on, who would probably really end up playing you in a movie based on your life?

a fitting choice methinks: either a glittering bitch-goddess (deceased) or an appalling logorrheaic bitch-scrag (fictional)......

Handing the unapologetically trashily self-absorbed celebrity meme to: Ampersand Duck, Brownie, and Australia's stealthiest stealth blogger, Fyodor ...

Ha ha
I spend more time thinking about who would write my unauthorised biography than who should play me in a movie! I'm having to think hard, because I would have chosen Vicki Pollard as well...

Gawd. Admittedly he's a crap actor, but I was going to pick Colin Firth, due to his truly uncanny resemblance to me. Unfortunately, Ducky's sideburns won that scragfight. I even had a moderately witty follow-up with this complete and total tosspot, but that's all ruined now.

Plan B: Richard E. Grant in Scarlet Pimpernell mode (you know, here, there, ). But more likely Richard E. Grant in Withnail mode. In a red wig.

As I'm a roving buccaneer of no fixed abode, and therefore not in the blogging union, I have no entitlement to pass this divertissement onto the unsuspecting. But, feck it, I shall anyway: Pipsqueak, Boatylicious and the Obmeister2000, all of , in the hope that they may discuss something other than Harry's rapidly disappearing hair.

In my dreams any casting director would immediately think of Natalie Wood, Sandra Bullock or Diane Keaton; in reality, in Australia if I was a mad pianist and a film was a good bet, they would trot out Sacha Horler. She is a terrific actress and the same shape as me.

Ava Gardner so gorgeous with a life lived full also. When they do HER biopic it would have to be Liv Tyler playing her (after she plays Ladycrackerland in HER biopic).
Now Laura, would your biopic be written Austen style?
'Yes dear reader I (--) him.'
